The Elegance, the Artistry, the Wonder
Jay Scott Berry is a modern day Merlin and Renaissance man, widely
recognized as one of the world's finest magicians. He has travelled the globe
delighting audiences with an elegant, sophisticated style that can best be
described as “Pure Magic”. What sets him apart from almost every other magician
is that he performs original illusions that actually "look like real
magic".
In this new lecture, Jay pushes the frontiers of the Art
even further with powerful magic that is both practical and versatile.
Everything in the lecture is directly from his personal “A” list of effects
and, as such, is time-tested in real world conditions. His original methods are
ultra-smooth, starting clean and ending clean.
Ring 50 meets at Bishop Ireton High School, 201 Cambridge Road,
Alexandria, VA at 7:30 PM. The
lecture is free for Ring 50 members and all other magicians
are welcome to attend for a $15 fee.
Ring 50’s Children's Holiday Magic Show
Wednesday,
December 4th there will be a "Children's
Holiday Magic Show" sponsored by I.B.M. Ring 50 featuring Washington's
finest children's magicians. We need Ring 50 magicians for the show and if you
might be interested in performing at the annual Holiday Magic Show send Danny Selnick an email (daniel.selnick@yahoo.com).
We expect
100 children or more and their parents. You saw how successful it
was last year for the children and the community! Admittance is FREE -- with donation of toy or can of
food for the Salvation Army Alexandria Citadel. The Holiday show starts at
7:00 PM and will be about 1 hour in duration.
Be sure to bring the kids and see a great Holiday show compliments of Ring 50
and Bishop Ireton High School!
